Blackberry Ginger Overnight Bulgar

Ingredients
- Plain low-fat yoghurt – 2/3 cup
- Bulgar – ¼ cup
- Refrigerated coconut milk – 3 tablespoons
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Crystallized ginger – ¼ teaspoon
- Blackberries – ¼ cup
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir the ingredients all together apart from the blackberries.
- Divide the mixture into two half jars and then top with blackberries.
- Stir and then serve.
