Ingredients
    • Whole-wheat or multigrain bread – 1 slice
    • Roasted red pepper hummus – 1 tablespoon
    • Mashed avocado – 1/3
    • Sliced cherry tomatoes – 3
    • Sliced Greek olives – 3
    • Hard-boiled egg sliced – 1
    • Reduced fat crumbled feta – 1 ½ teaspoon
    Instructions

    1. Toast the slice of bread and then top with mashed avocado and hummus.
    2. Add the cherry tomatoes and olives. Top with the sliced hard-boiled egg and feta.
    3. Season with salt and pepper and then enjoy!
