Mediterranean Toast

Ingredients
- Whole-wheat or multigrain bread – 1 slice
- Roasted red pepper hummus – 1 tablespoon
- Mashed avocado – 1/3
- Sliced cherry tomatoes – 3
- Sliced Greek olives – 3
- Hard-boiled egg sliced – 1
- Reduced fat crumbled feta – 1 ½ teaspoon
Instructions
- Toast the slice of bread and then top with mashed avocado and hummus.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and olives. Top with the sliced hard-boiled egg and feta.
- Season with salt and pepper and then enjoy!
